I think my mustard 40 needs some TSL's.

The 17" rim being the problem.....I havent yet found a stock-ish looking wheel for a 40 in 17

If anyone has suggestions I'm all ears

ScRoll down.

Fifteen52 wheels with Hubcap clips and factory caps.

Sorry for the thread jack!

Me too honestly. They are a fun tire for where I live. If I was in suburbia then maybe I would go with a different tire. This red 45 just comes out for short lunch runs and that usually involves a lot of dirt road driving. Lots of fun.

Oil change day today. Got around 3200 miles on the motor now. Not a single issue.

Sitting in the main garage now hoping to encourage some cooler weather.

Why are you on the internet during the 49ers game?

@wngrog, can you share how you applied the rust converter on Mustard?
I want to do something to clean up my frame and I like how this turned out. Did you spray it on or roll it on to get this result? Turned out nice.
How long does the converter last once applied on the frame?

John parked Mustard next to his glass window the other day and saw how “not square” it was with the horizontal window panes and asked me why the hell his truck was leaning. Not learing. Leaning.

I told him most of the Dobinsons leaf springs I installed over a 5 year period had leaning issues. Some worse than other.

Quick fix is adding a CCOT block to the high side to lower it. That is usually good for 1/2”

He measured and it was a solid 1” lean

I asked if he wanted to try @orangefj45 ’s Parabolics. I’ve been on them now for the last 18 months and have been very happy with the ride .. but really have been impressed with the fact that every kit is dead nuts level. They are not side specific but they don’t lean.
