So I ordered a kit from Georg. Installed the 4* shims that all 40 kits should have and Georg included.
Packed the springs and bushings from the kit on my trailer and hit the road to Lockwood’s place.
He has great tools and a screw jack and we got the spring packs swapped in about 3 hours.
We kept the IMS shocks since TT does not offer an upgrade shock for the 40 series.
These springs are nuts. 2 leafs that are separated by urethane spacers.
Lo and behold. Dead nuts level.
We rode to Thomasville for fajitas and I have to say it rides better than ever.
