Now the debate on color has to begin.

two schools of though. Sky Blue and Cygnus White (OEM colors) with steel wheels/hubcaps and heavy chrome

or

Voodoo Blue over Eminent White (both a “Pearl” colors) with blacked out trim & wheels.

I’m leaning toward the second, given the “modern” nature of the truck (2UZ, 70 axles with coils up front, modern interior) and doing more of a restoration on the other barn door pig body that I have. (2F, Sky Blue/Cygnus White, bench seats, etc)

More prep on the roof. Doors have a sanded skim coat now. Primer is next.

@TachedOutOffRoad’s old 78 has the 2F and 4-speed out of the one I bought in Colombia. Will also get the front disc axle.

I have explained to them that the front markers are “wrong” for a 1978 fj55.
