I don’t have anything there on my ‘63 or ‘65, but that may not be saying much given your ‘75.

My 6/70 is also empty, but it's where our emissions/vacuum hardline (passengers side) pass below them down from the firewall - so maybe a hardline keeper/holder if needed? The hardlines are held in place just above that with bent over tabs on firewall.

Nothings bolted to that hole on my 75. I am running a po installed sbc. It still has a lot of emissions lines on it, but none are close to it.

Purchased a cheap hand held sandblaster off amazon, LE LEMATEC Sand Blaster Gun ($70) . Worked like a charm!! I was impressed. I made an absolute mess but I know next time.. lol. Even vacuumed it up and sifted it and reused it. I used Aluminum oxide btw. I was really just looking for something it get into the tough corner areas and the cracks. I will probably build me a blaster box out of a clear tote for misc parts now.
Epoxy Primer time!

We went wheeling last week in the Runner at Hidden Falls in Marble Falls. We had a great time. First time there with the 35's and we didn't have any issues.
If you have never been I would suggest going. They have camp sites and small cabins to rent as well.
