Got the 3rd member back in last night and all the brake lines rebuilt. Should be back on the road today after I bleed the brakes.
Fingers crossed I did it right.😳

Did you check the contact pattern after shims were placed? Just based on your pic above, contact pattern does not look in spec.

It was like the photo below. I was a little worried, but test drive had no issues or noise.

Finally took the time and repainted my 1/2 doors. While I was at it I painted the side steps to match. I never liked the black from the PO.
The paint color is pretty close.

I need some door panel clips, anyone have any?

Started on the front end rebuild. This is typically something everyone seems to do first after they get there FJ. Ha. I waited till almost the last thing. ā€œlast thingā€ famous last words. lol...
Always like shinny new things.šŸ’°
The drivers side was pretty bad. I tested the drag before I pulled everything off and it was like it was notched about every 30deg. So should be some major improvements when done.

Waiting on my brake master to get here as well.

Had my cheese dip smoking on the grill for after... 😬

Rotors and calipers on. New brake lines made.
As I am looking at this pic I am wondering why I didn’t paint the hub. Guess I know what I am doing after work.

Waiting on the 3 flex hoses for front then I can get the tires on.

Brake Master install after that.

still bleeding the brakes. MAJOR PITA.
As everyone knows.
