@PabloCruise .... there were two greens in '71! You guys probably knew that but it was new to me.

How did you find this, or better yet, what manual does this info come from? Need '68 colors... mine is a reddish/orange right now...

Think I found it... dab-nabit! There is more than one red...

I dislike each of them equally...

Here is what I have for 68 (based on the Toyota logo used). It isn't dated but has to be FJ45LV or FJ55

Here is the factory literature for a red 1968 FJ55 (It has those goofy turn signals and bib lights)

I might be some help to both of you. Here is a pics of my 68 with 71 front doors. the passenger door has some other paint, but i think the rest is from the factory. -Steve

cruises easy at 80 on the freeway, WTF- i call that false advertising- more like BS

You need to factor in tail wind, down hill grade and pedal to da metal, then 80 mph is very realistic
