Exactly yup, with some room left in it to pass. I have drove at 130/135km/hr, just would wanna watch the temps is all and rpm.

Very easily can be! All the people that I am speaking with currently about the deal are either east coast USA or PNW.
This 40 was originally from California.

I have no idea what you mean by jury or rolling the dice?
This process is done multiple times a day at most border crossings. Very simple process and I have a shipper available to complete the door to door service aswell.
I have personally done 3 vehicles from USA to Canada. Takes 10-15 minutes at the border, all your paperwork is approved prior.
