Ok where does the temp sending unit go. The wire is thete but the sending unit is not

That’s an interesting fitting. Doesn’t have a spot to put the sensor. Here’s what I have on my 1F and it obviously has the hole to screw in the sensor (which I need, not sure if they are still available OEM?). Maybe you need a different fitting that still has the valve for a heater hose.

This F135 does not have any other holes on top Like an F155 does. My truck has a sensor on the top of that fitting. I am not sure if water is even flowing through that though. It’s been unhooked on mine. Probably all full of sludge. I’m going to get mine running and then at some point pull the valve cover and make sure that’s all flowing properly.

New fuel pump arrives tomorrow. Need a carb to manifold gasket and run a few lines and I can attempt to fire her up. Possibly tonorrow. Im getting excited.
