Started to pull the master but the pin needs some lube

So it had 2 heater valves factory? He’s got one at water pump and at the head

Valve at water pump was on early Cruisers with heaters.

Has anyone rebuilt these valves. I suspect they are not operational.

Pulled all the cooling system apart. The coolent was nice and green. No rust at all. Going to replace all the lines as a precaution. Thermostat actually looked pretty decent. The heater shutoff valves are all froze. Is there a replacement out there.

Does anyone know what heater core I can use to replace mine. Mine looks pretty shot. I heard you can use a later model one its just slightly smaller. Anyone know where to get one. Thanks

Radiator? Yeah, I replace them. Fixing always costs about the same.

Is this the stock radiator tube. If so, anyone have part numbers for the hoses. The hoses I got from cruiser outfitters are to large of diameter and wrong bends.

Anyone have a clip to hold on the cap. Mine is missing one and was being held on by a zip tie

Specter lists them, not metal, but they are out of stock.

Paul, if your using a period correct water pump, two straight pieces of hose is all you need. Here's my 65.
