This stuff is the cats ass. When I did my AFI fuel injection it is way sensitive to vacuum leaks and this stuff sealed the deal.

Ok I got her running. It will idle good but as soon at you give it gas it stumples and wont gain rpm. Looking through the sight glass I think i can see the float. I am wongering if it is not floating and full of gas. Would it still idle ok.
Did you let it warm up good? Mine does that until warm.
Well, congrats on getting it running. That is a big feat. It also makes this truck that much cooler and more valuable having it all original like that.
Also it’s great to know there are people as spastic as me out there that can’t quit till it’s done.

Thanks. I got the dizzy clip and holder today just in time. It worked great. Thanks again.
I still have a long way to go but I can relax some now becauae I know it runs. If I can figure out how to post a video I will. Hopefully I rebuilt the carb correct lol.

Sounds about perfect to me. If I had an F motor that's what I would want it to sound like.

I've got three of them, sounds like an old F engine to me as well. Lifters always seem to be noisy on the early F engines. However it is hard to tell listening to a video. I would just keep an eye on my oil, pressure.
