If you want something cheaper, get a local fabricator to build you one. This one was built by Joe Williams in Maryville, Tn and he's built several for MUD guys, including one for a MUD member in Jackson, WY. You won't get the quality of Slee but you will save some money, it's about half the price.

Do you have Joe Williams phone number?

I'm a fan of the old-school minimal single slee arm bumper... tire, hi-lift and antennae mount...

I can't make out what the passenger side swing out thing is on the white one with the roto pax. I am pretty sure it is something that I didn't know I wanted and probably actually need!

@benc makes the best bumpers out there period. Lightweight, modular type build with constant product development.

Ben, I know you don't need one, but if you need a brand ambassador...I'm your man! I'll gladly take a good deal on all your stuff, install it on my truck and go to local events around here to talk you up! Lots of Tacomas running around here! Let's make a deal ;)

Haha, thanks.
The thing on the right is a custom chainsaw mount.

But I'm serious! You need a brand ambassador or a few. And you need a person that can get the word out...I'm the guy! Remember the whole Polar Plunge thing!? LOL...I will be looking out to see what you do with your "vehicle flips"/configuration options you are planning.

The Soflo bumpers? Here is an indepth review for the 80 I would like to see more pics of the 100 series the pics in this thread honestly dont look that bad SoFlo Rear Bumper Review
I don't even know what to say. Did a high school kid make those? It could be free and I don't think I'd want it

Slee is the standard that all try to emulate.
I have a Slee rear, and although I like it and have had zero issues, Dissent is hands down the best fit and finish out there. The welds on my Slee don't look like this...

(granted, a pretty weld isn't necessary, but come on...this is functional art)

I've been looking at getting the DIY rear bumper kit from 4x4Labs. Anyone know how long the kits usually take to come in once you've ordered them? I've emailed them and messaged on instagram to see what their lead time is but haven't gotten any response yet. I'm sure they're super busy, just wondering if you guys knew how long they usually take to ship.

Got mine 2 1/2 weeks after ordered.

Dissent all the way. I dont have their bumper but it looks absolutely fantastic and would buy one in a heartbeat.

Held up beautifully when the wife decided to do some "urban offroading" at a Starbucks on our trip to Colorado and backed into a Mustang. Barely a scratch, the mustang not so much.

Where's ARB in all this...?

I keep scrolling back to those Dissent Porn Welds...my goodness....wow.

GAH!! That's gotta be TIG and not pulse MIG...

Now, how do I get one to Canada reasonably...

This may be a dumb question, but has everyone passed state safety inspections with dual carrier rear bumpers or been pulled over on the highway or something for not having brake lights visible? Especially curious of those with highlift jack and a three can swingout holder. It looks like from the photos that you can't see the left or right hand brake lights from directly behind. Obviously when youre offroad who cares, but gotta get their somehow-plus if its your DD.

Knock on wood: I've never had an issue with it in 18 months of having a rear swingout bumper, no. My high mounted 3rd brake light is still clearly visible and you can make out the edges of my taillights from behind. I have seriously considered using the KC Cyclone Lights (1 red/1 orange) on both sides mounted into my BIOR rear bumper (similar look to the ARB) for added safety. I've just been too lazy frankly to do it.
