They are definantly inexpensive but have seen them blow and reconnect as well as not blow at all and melt wires. I only use Buss or Little brands. Chinese fuses can be extremely costly if they fail

LED headlight replacements are the best $90 I've spent on any of my vehicles. Huge improvement even in just the garage. I went with the stark ones from Amazon posted earlier. The instructions on the box were not really correct and I had to hook them up what seemed backwards but I think I will be happy.

Are the fans just to prevent overheating? I wouldn't think LED would get that hot.

I don't know about fan but I sent stark an email about polarity and leds don't have polarity.

Well no longer happy. When I turn the lights on while the truck is running, it causes the truck to stall. What would cause this? The DS is very close to the battery and the PS lays on the inner fender. Would this cause some for of overload?

They pull less voltage that originals. So I would look at possibly loose wires or what is voltage on battery.

I checked for loose wires and didn't see any. I disconnected the low beams and didn't have any trouble with the high beams. Weird.

Is the low beam the one you had to swap wires? If not swap them and see. Or email them and have them replaced or just order replacement through Amazon.

I'm going to try to do some more trouble shooting tomorrow afternoon. I'll put the old bulbs in and see if it does it again I'll search for a loose wire. The low is the one that I had to plug in backwards so maybe it is related. Is anyone else using the stark 9006 low beams? I just plugged in the bulb type and from the drop down and didn't do to vehicle match, but you figure all 9006 would be the same.

I had to plug in both high and low backwards such that the clip that holds them together would not work. Only way I could make them work. I held them tightly together and taped them. Don't think I am having your problem but can't say I have driven it at night to be sure.

Yeah you must have bumped or pulled a wire when doing the lights. I can't see them doing that.

About 50% of mine across my vehicles have the harness 180* and taped
