A guy has these off an 07 Tundra. He's asking 400 but if there's any interest in could jew him down.

So I did some more troubleshooting. High beams no issues. Just PS no issues. When I added the DS it caused the stall. I switched the 2 bulbs to see if it was a bad single bulb and it stalled again. I reinstalled regular bulbs no issues. I wonder if it is the very close proximity to the battery and fuse box causing the issue. There isn't much space for all of the extra stuff from these bulbs. I saw a similar thing with cheap HIDs on google that blamed a faulty ballast and electrical interference. I may just return them and run some new traditional replacement bulbs for low beams unless somebody thinks I would have a better luck with a second set.

Thanks for posting up the tundra wheels. I'm trying to work out a deal on the 18 hole 18 in but if that doesn't work those powdercoated ones may work.

So I'm thinking about doing a prototype/budget sleeping platform/drawer system for the 100. Does anybody in the club have one I could check out and measure? Any good ideas out there for design or materials?

I am planning on building one the same height as the rear seats folded down. Will make it only as wide as 2/3 of the row folded to save some room. Will either utilize the back surface of the seat or create a folding panel that flips over it. I will probably use wood but I am intrigued by the 80/20 material. I like that it is light weight but it is pricey. The drawer and slides is where it can get pricey so may use a sliding plastic container for under the platform. I could always go back later to add slides and a drawer.

What is 80/20 material?

Andy has a super sweet setup.

Also Bossman has something like you are taking about in his 80.

Are you planing on camping without kids? Buy a nice rooftop tent or OZTent and save yourself the trouble from start.

Solo or just +1 could work but no more.

Did the same approach in our 80 when we go it; set to the folded seat height. 80/20 is neat stuff; we used it at Curtiss to fab up test stand tops - very versatile and likely a complete overkill for this application. Although if you got that route I'd like to see the finished product. It's a quick way to make a frame, but you'll still need to add, at least, a top panel. Russian Baltic birch plywood [the real 5x5 format stuff that's actually metric dimensions] is a sturdy and simple way to go - 1/2 inch is likely sufficient. I did ours in 3/4 and when I build a new one one day, I'm dropping to 1/2. Mine was built in 2 sections, thinking it would be nice to have only one side in if I wanted it since matching the folded seats is fairly tall. Years later, i miss the continuous surface a single pc provides. You can route out or dowel up / Domino strips to make a lighter weight base frame.

Don't be mislead on the drawer slides; You will be fine with one's that don't necessarily open to full depth. Just get a decent brand, Knape & Vogt maybe instead of big box stuff.

Mine is similar to that. Plywood and Home Depot slides. Either drawer will pop out and accept my homemade fridge slide. Middle row folded down is same height, and I have a piece of covered ply that lays over the 40% side of the bench to make a platform.

Total cost about $400

Those both look great. Let me know if you still have the plans or material lists.

Andy what kind carpet covering is that? I like the modular set up.

Bossman is that just a platform or does the front slide out?

I would ideally like to make something lightweight or modular so I can remove it if wanted. That is why I thought about making an aluminum base.

It's speaker box carpet. Has held up good but I may pull this summer and spray with raptor liner.
