My 1995 passed on everything else, great numbers out the exhaust! But he said, "The EGR Vacuum modulator had no vacuum. The EGR itself gets vacuum, so the failure is the EGR Vacuum modulator." Is there a fix to the modulator, or do I have to just spend the money and buy a new one?
