My Andersen weight distribution hitch won't fit the through the bumper receiver on my '04 LX. Has anyone trimmed theirs to make it fot?

I am seeking a second row of tan color (LA00) seats from a 2007. Due to scarcity of seat options (got to be 2003-2007) i have branched out to see if Lexus LX470 pickings any better. I see some seats but in Ivory (color code LG00, I think). Is the color coding the same across these two vehicles?
