    Dropping fuel tank on kzj70

I need to drop the fuel tank on my 1994 kzj70 3.0L and was wandering if there was a technique to doing so? Is there an inspection hatch above it from the boot to dissconnect things before dropping it? Thanks very much!

Found a 2015 Tundra I am interested in purchasing but it is a flex fuel model, which I am not fond of. Backstory is I have been looking for a Crewmax for at least a year now with not much luck, this one checks the boxes minus the FFV aspect. Has anyone had issues with their FFV 5.7? Are you...

    62 Stall Mystery

Hi Folks, After looking through the FSM and reading several promising threads here, I'm still at wits' end. Any input is greatly appreciated. My 62 stalled at the intersection. It would restart but would stall again when put into gear. I could give it plenty of fuel while in Park or Neutral...

    Questions about diesel solenoids

So my solenoid called it quits a few weeks ago and I’ve been driving a different vehicle so I don’t wreck my clutch (stall to shut off). I tried cheaping out on a new solenoid as genuine and OEM ones from reputable sellers are around $200AUD. My thought process was “it’s just a simple solenoid...

    Fuel Sender Issue

Ok, so after the infamous NJ fuel spill that took 4 days to control, I pulled the leaky fuel tank. Since the original tank had an actual hole in the side, I got another used tank but in good usable condition. While the sender was out, I hooked it up and moved the arm/float as if it were full...

    Simple hose identification question.

Can someone please tell me what these hoses are for? I've tried to answer it myself but can't. I assume the first two are fuel related. The photo is off my 84 FJ45, passenger side (right), under the fueling port. I've realised 2-6 are all cracked and need replacing, so can someone help with the...

    rough idle/stall 105 fuel/lpg

My 105 is on LPG and fuel. But, drive around on fuel and at times, its seems perfectly...

The breakdown: Having just completed a 2200 mile trip to Indianapolis, IN and back, my 100 was running great, until the next day. What fuel pump are you running?

I bring it up because I’m changing my fuel pump. After 24 years and 300K miles I thought it would be prudent, and easy to do. I bought a Denso replacement pump. When I got to it I found the Denso to be shorter than OEM and would require me to rewire because the connector plug has different pins...
