2004 LX470 randomly hard to start when engine is warm. Changed the fuel filter, spark plugs and ignition coils with no change. No dash lights or codes. Any idea where I should go from here? TIA

I am currently taking apart my 1FZ and I noticed that the stamping on the block does not match with the vin on the body. Are they supposed to match or is it just an American car thing?
