So, I can't see my dash in the dark... I have never seen the stock dash light in person, My 55 is a 70. I do have a dash pad from a 73 so there is a spot for one. Dose it work well enough? dose it come on when you turn on the head lights? is it annoying while on? Anyone have one for sale?

A strange combination of failures just hit my 1997 LX 450. The radio (stock) stopped turning on, the side mirror adjusters stopped working - both driver and passenger, and the HVAC doesn't function although lights on some of the buttons are lit if depressed. If I want to check if my water temp gage is ready correct on my dash can I double check somehow? I have a direct temp laser could I shoot the engine block with that? What temp would you expect I should read after running engine

I could use an assortment of toyota screws as featurted in the dashboard area of the FJ60. Specifically the short self tappers but also some of the machine thread type as well. I found my dash very easy to take apart. Mostly because people over the years have left out about half the fasteners...

$100 OBO Perfect if you wanna try and fix one up to replace yours and don’t want to pay $600 for a new one… I’m in Atlanta and would ship since I have a box that the new one came in, but may defeat the purpose of getting a cheap dash to practice on.
