LX 450 dashboard electrics puzzle (1 Viewer)

A strange combination of failures just hit my 1997 LX 450. The radio (stock) stopped turning on, the side mirror adjusters stopped working - both driver and passenger, and the HVAC doesn't function although lights on some of the buttons are lit if depressed. Other switches and lights on the dash seem to work - emergency flasher, floor heat/fan.

I don't have the EWD - there was a link in an old thread but it's no longer working. I've checked fuses but not sure where else to start.

I've been through a long thread by @vegas that does a deep dive on electrics, but didn't find anything I could use.

Anybody have an idea what could be common to these systems? I could really use some help.

I'm going to guess that the CIG fuse is blown. Check fuses with a meter, not your eyeballs.

You, sir, are a bona fide genius! Checked the cig fuse with a multimeter and that was it. I sweat I pulled it and checked it 10 times.
