Hey guys, I'm looking for the cowl vent mechanism; as mine didn't have one in it.

1" electrical knockout plug and an O ring does the trick. Bend the prongs out a little for a tight fit.

In southern Oregon I have a partial body from a 1972 FJ40. Cowl is is in good shape. Floors are salvagable, B-pillars back sheetmetal is trash. If not needed it will be scrapped.

Hey guys need some ideas, been trying to find a gasket to seal off the cowl vent. Plan on putting a cover over it from SOR and painting it. Has any of you made a gasket and what did you use? I want do away with the drain hoses and fill in the holes in the trans hump. Any suggestion is welcome.
