I have been told 74 didn't have the cowl vent. It was blocked off from the factory.

@shawnfj40 I noticed the vent turned upside down and tack welded on. This is factory, you think?

Yep that looks about right. I was all set to install everything in my 74 when I found out it wasn't supposed to have it. The drain lines should exit through the firewall, not the transmission cover.
