Ford has Forscan (an inexpensive, PC-based, two-way ECU scanning tool)... is there anything like that available for the 80 series? Side question: does anyone know how to tell if my ECU is running an aftermarket tune?

Pulled these puppies off my HDJ81. They are overfenders as they go right over existing factory ones. These are high quality fiberglass with a a metallic gray paint finish. A few knicks and scratches but no cracks. Affixed by screws underneath that are hidden. Asking $500 + shipping or local pick up
