Phone Mount Solution for 200 series?

I use this small magnetic mount. Nothing fancy, no wiring, and blends in ok to the dash. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SMBHRKN?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1

Mark Levinson Amp - Fan Replacement (2011 LX570)

EDIT: Well the good news is that it's the butt-fan making the noise. The bad news is that it's summer in Texas and the extra little circulation is very welcome in this heat. One of my kid's treasures probably got shoved up under the seat and is touching the blades. Already ordered replacement...

LX won’t raise from Low to N with trailer attached - stuck in a raise/drop loop

@TeCKis300 revisiting this issue after a while. It's still happening, though it resolved faster when I used a hitch with less drop. Now it's time to talk about spacers, especially because I might be upgrading to a bigger camper. I have two OME 10mm spacers on order from Cruiser Outfitters. I...

Towing with a 200-series Toyota Land Cruiser

Install the Redarc and you’ll be golden. There are cheaper options, but this one hides in plain sight perfectly.

    LX 570 - Yellow Navigation Screen Replacement - A How-To Guide

Happy to help! It's been a while since I researched this, but I think it's the same Toshiba model across all 08-11 (or even 08-15?) models. This would imply a bad batch of monitors from Toshiba around 2010 that was later resolved.

    Cruise Control stopped working.

I have the whine/groan in cold weather, too. It's not related to the clock spring - at least, replacing the clock spring didn't fix it for me!

Thoughts on LC Wheels for LX570?

Yep, that will fit. I went with 275 to save some coin.

Thoughts on LC Wheels for LX570?

I noticed a more nicer, more comfortable ride when going from 20" stock LX wheels (Defender LTX 285/50/20) to 18" LC wheels (Defender LTX 275/65/18) YMMV, but I wish I had done it years earlier.

LX won’t raise from Low to N with trailer attached - stuck in a raise/drop loop

Back on the grid after some days camping. Had the same cycle this morning when hitching up, but I was in neutral mode the whole time. To break the up/down cycle, I took all weight off the ball by jacking up the trailer, let the LX stabilize in N mode, then pressed the AHC button into high mode...

LX won’t raise from Low to N with trailer attached - stuck in a raise/drop loop

Notice that the hitch isn’t locked either, so the ball can exit the hitch if it drops down too low. I did this in case I experienced this issue. Last thing I wanted was to be stuck in low and unable to get the tongue jack folded back out.

LX won’t raise from Low to N with trailer attached - stuck in a raise/drop loop

I did do a minor 1” AHC height offset to the rear driver side to try to account for lean (they side had an existing -0.9” ahc offset for some reason). That post is in my history and I believe I tapped you in on it. I did experience this issue prior to that adjusting that offset. I’ll prob...

LX won’t raise from Low to N with trailer attached - stuck in a raise/drop loop

Currently on the road, but this may become a RTH situation. When attaching my Intech Explore trailer, I drop into Low mode, attach the trailer, and then raise to Neutral. Never had a problem on my first ‘09 LX. In my ‘10, it sometimes gets stuck in a loop where it tries to raise and drops...

    Let’s see those 200s camping…..

I generally feel the same way about it. It was an exceptionally perfect weekend all around - and we only camped for one night. I think I’d be singing a different tune if we were directly on the beach. Side note: I did chat with a fully loaded GXOR guy who was going as far down the national...

    Let’s see those 200s camping…..

I'm more of a mountains person, but finally went to the beach instead. Original plan was to camp on the beach itself, but the threat of high tide changed that and we ended up on a concrete pad. It was for the better - we had fresh water showers nearby, and the small distance from the beach...

    Lx570, how did I do?

Down boy. Congrats on the new rig @Huntern12. Hope it lasts you a long time! Good thoughts on the accumulators above. You might also consider finding some take-off Land Cruiser wheels if you want a smoother ride. There are usually lots to choose from in the DFW area on FB marketplace. Going...
