Frame looks alright, brake/fuel lines don't look great. I'd fix what breaks but your guy is right about not dumping funds into it.

I can't think of a good reason to fix a new part unless you damaged it. Your toyota parts dept should have no issue swapping it out. Edit: There is probably a tiny tear in the boot and no amount of new clamps will fix the leak.

I would do this repair on the side of the road. It's doable with just a few hand tools and and pole to depress the brakes when bleeding.

If it started out as a miss on 3 and you swapped the injectors and now you have even more misses...I would definitely want some known good injectors at this point. It may be running smooth after ecu reset but short term fuel trims should be telling a different story. How did you determine #3...

Probably your manifold/s cracked. Depends how bad the leak is, I wouldn't want to smell exhaust in the cab. Mine have been ticking for 5 years now.

How does the 9mpg compare to your average? Spending $1k to go from 9mpg to 9.5mpg is your own choice. Different story if you average 14 and now are down.
