Going to run Fins-n-things this weekend - got a couple questions

Fins n' things is a good cherry popper for those afraid to leave a little paint behind.... 8 years ago now I left a bunch of ARB black paint there from my rear bar - departure angles be damned in Moab...

How much does your rig weigh?

Weighed in today at a svelte 7620#'s.... that's just daily driving weight. Without me and any fuel I'm guessing it sits right at 7300#'s. Fully laden with fuel and camping gear + family I'm guessing we're north of 8300lbs.... not including the camper trailer.

How bad is your gas mileage?

Combined MPG for me is 11-12MPG (dash readout) not adjusted for the 34" tire size.... rolling around at a svelt 7400# with maybe 15 gals of fuel. With me in it laden with fuel (65 gals) that # is likely just north of 8K#'s. I drive somewhat like a hyper-miler being easy on the truck on the...

There actually wasn't any sealant used on the gasket.... the gasket was basically fused via heat cycles, pressure...

Complete Transmission Flush DIY - VIDEO

Man I just went through this pain today - broken rear corner bolt was a real PITA.... snapped the bolt extractor and spent about an hour trying to drill out the extractor but when I realized I'd be doing more harm than good to the trans-housing I quit.... my drill bits weren't a match for the...

Complete Transmission Flush DIY - VIDEO

For those of you who’ve dropped the pan - what’d you use to do it and how? I tried a few different tools ranging from putty knife/flat blade screw driver/ gasket knife + hammer and I still wasn’t able to pry the gasket from the transmission housing... it doesn’t help that the exhaust and...

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

no, sorry for not being clearer ... im referring to my brake lights built in to my ARB rear bar.... not that long ago I had my bar repainted which required un-mounting it and full disassembly and vice versa.... well I didn't notice until i got home that the brake lights were stuck in the on...

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?
