I believe I’m running about 20 degrees warmer than the ambient air temp.

Are you planning to run a baffle or something above the air intake so you don’t suck in rain/water through the hood lovers? I thought about running my intake to the same location, but stuck with it in the middle of the engine bay for now.

Nice! We’re right by Mitch Park. I used to go to Cruiser Corp’s events before the stopped back in 2020. Maybe we should restart something like a cruiser and coffee in Edmond

Agreed. Plus, the back of a 40 really needs a spare to look correct. Granted, I know we’re in the hardcore section but it doesn’t hurt.

My son and I took the hardtop off today in preparation for spring/summer and redoing the hardtop seals. It was a balmy 45 degrees outside but we convinced my daughter to join us for a gravel road drive to get out of the house. Oh! I had a sweet FJ60 tailing me on the way home from work Friday...

I drove to a lunch meeting today and a new cruiser and Ineos parked next to me. Great line up!

Wheeled it at the Lonestar Cruisers event this weekend. There were a bunch of built 80 series here so hopefully they will post up some more photos.

I took the 40 out in the snow and ice today. I wish I had a video of this, but while driving in 2wd I did a nice little 180. Luckily I didn’t hit anyone or anything! Oh, and this 80 is on the way to join the fleet.
