Pick one possible failure point, investigate it thoroughly, ask questions here and either confirm that's the problem, or move on to the next possible failure point.

You could dig into the bearing theory. If you do the pull test around the clock on your wheel and it has the same play no matter where you are pulling, then maybe that is loose bearings. To confirm you could get into here and do more pulling and you'll see right away if the whole hub assembly is...
Did a few things this past weekend. Tie rod inner/outer, ball joint upper/lower from Cruiser Outfitters, and front shocks from Toyota. OReillys ball joint press kit barely worked, but enough to get it done in the driveway. 246,000 miles. Needed to buy two bigger wrenches and a pipe wrench for...
I got all my order early June - 3 boxes worth. I emailed Eric twice, he emailed me back very quickly both times, once late evening which I didn't expect. I realize that's not the same as others, but just to share at least some orders are shipping and Eric has been responsive (at least in come...
Added coolant to reservior, replaced both headlights with Toyota housings, installed two new license plate light lens/covers, with all new bulbs. Fixed front bumper cover where all 6 lower attachment points were broken off, it was flopping around. 3 of them had broken bolts that I had to drill...
I had same issue when I first bought mine, it was super annoying. Replaced steering rack bushings, a little better, but completely went away after front sway bar bushings and end links were replaced. It was very noticeable how much it helped.
Put in rear lift supports, sweet Jesus, so nice they lift all the way up by themselves now. Replaced stripped screws in the rear view mirror so my windshield tint can get done properly, Kenwood unit in the dash and sub in the back, with a nicely done install and wiring job by local shop.
Put on a couple of missing covers on the under skid plates. Used my new axel puller from a fellow mudder to put on some new thicker snap rings on both sides. Went from E to D sizes (I think that's what it was). Zero gap between snap ring and axel stub on both sides, nice. When I first repacked...
Got the transmission rebuilt at a local shop for $2,800. He usually puts in a new or rebuilt torque converter but there wasn't any available so he sent mine out to a specialist to get rebuilt. Refilled with Toyota ATF. Everything took a long time, due to parts and shipping issues because of...
They were on my LC when I bought it about 3 years ago, and were almost new. So I didn't pick them, but they've been excellent. They are not LT or E rated, something less, just says standard load on the sidewall.
Dry pavement - quiet, smooth, great ride and traction. Happy with ride anywhere...
