Wanted 2016 GX 460 - Looking for PPI and general buyer advice

I'm a LX owner and am helping my sister purchase a GX (2015-2018). I'm not very familiar with the GX other than the basics. I do plan to have a licensed mechanic perform a PPI but I was hoping I could get some guidance and input from some of the experts on this forum regarding any specific areas I should be concerned with when purchasing one of these models? As I am an experienced Toyota product owner who has learned his lesson the hard way, the vehicle will be scrutinized thoroughly for rust but I would appreciate any additional suggestions for mechanical or electrical inspection. Thank you! NOTE: I'll only be searching for no-wreck, southern owned vehicles that have been maintained on schedule at Lexus dealers in the south and west.
