Looked for this program on my iPhone and only found Engine Link for $5.99. Apparently that one uses the same OBD wifi unit as Torque.

Is "Torque" the full name, or is it "Torque Lite," etc? Might not be made for the iPhone...

I believe the free version is Torque lite and the full blown is Torque and I believe he has an iphone app too.

Yeah but the Bluetooth OBDII adapters won't work with the iPhone because Apple says no soup for you :flipoff2:

This is my shocked face>>>

OBD scan tools looks good and I'm thinking about purchasing.

Question:
Does the ELM327 support graphing features to watch the transitions of the O2 sensors voltage? I'm looking for something that shows the amplitude (voltage) and frequency (transition from rich to lean).

Image shows an example of what I'm looking for.

Yes it can, you can choose graph for O2 sensor 1 equivalence ratio, O2 sensor 1 equivalence (alternate) or O2 sensor wide range voltage
up to 8 sensors OR Volts Bank 1 sensor 1 to 4 and 7 banks after that all 1 to 4

I use this setup(Bluetooth/Torque combo) to monitor the vitals on my Duramax and it's awesome. Not to mention the ability to read/clear codes on the fly.

Well worth the $25 total investment. I just wish it worked on my OBDI trucks.

I heartily agree with the OP. Especially if you have an Android smart phone, buy a $12 reader on eBay or Amazon. You can't go wrong. It's great.

It.

Alive.
(the thread, that is.)

I still can't find the iPhone version of "Torque," though they seem to have several variants of OBD reader programs available. Never did get an ELM 327, believe I'll pop over to flea bay and get one....

Forgot to post this earlier, I just bought another one for $5 and change delivered, not got it yet but worth the risk to see if it works

If you have an iPhone (i = idiot) then you're out of luck with ELM327 bluetooth units - they won't work due to Apple's 'implementation' of part of the bluetooth security protocol stuff. You have to fork out much more $$ for a wifi unit and software that works with that. This has been discussed several times before on mud.

cheers,
george.

That $7 more broke my bank.

So you have a wifi OBD2 dongle that works with your iphone? Where can I buy one? What are you using for software? There is no torque for iphone, is there?
