Will do, just got a used Note 2 so my S3 is going to get velcro'd down somewhere and become a dedicated gauged display/gps logger

Not sure. I haven't played with it that much. My 80 is ODBI, I just use the scanner/dongle doohicky on my '99 4r.

So when you're using your wifi dongle with your iphone, can you still get data on the phone, or does that shut off with wifi connected?
