WOW. My only guess is they are so picky because you didn't hire local electrician or plumber to do the work. Or he really likes to come see you so he keeps failing you lol.
 
Damn pandemics isn’t let me travel much last year out to Idaho to wrap up the cabin. It was a big week as we passed the plumbing final inspection, electrical final inspection, and final Building inspection.
I had to redo several of the electrical items.
Learned a lot along the way and can’t wait to wrap up the details.
Here were the electrical items that needed to be changed.

The arc fault for the whole loft, kitchen, living room and stairs was needed. Once explained, it made sense.
That inspector needs to go back to school to learn how to spell!!!😆🤣😆
 
While the inspector was thorough, in the end, I want my house to be safe.
Stairs still need to have the finished treads installed to remove the temporary blocking beneath them and a few final bits welded
