What parts are in the power steering seal kit #04446-60080? (1 Viewer)

For my HDJ80 with the 1HD-FT engine, do I need to order the O-Ring 90301-73004 and pressure line gasket 44327-30030 separately from the kit 04446-60070?

Toyota Norway had never had any orders of the large O ring in its systems ever, they said.

When I told them the part numbers for the large O-ring and pressure line gasket, they claimed these numbers did not match my car.

Somewhat confusing.

O-ring part number is for a fz-fe

Part # for hdj80 o-ring is 90301-60002

Yes you will need O-ring and high pressure hose gasket.

The high pressure gasket is a standard part, universal to many toyotas
The part number below is a substitution for the original seal. The original part number is for two individual copper O-Rings

I saw a lot of talk about the bearing. As far as I can see, the bearing is in the kit I ordered.

Can’t wait to rebuild the pump, it is leaking like crazy.

So is the diesel tank:/ JB weld I guess.

I don’t know about previous rebuilds, but the truck has 518.000 kms. Dare we guess on original pump?
