yes. I've decided a 50 year old farm implement didn't need 500hp, but I did. I went looking for places to put my spare LS and found RX7 swaps. Then I found a twin to the one I had except with no engine and with the V8 kit installed. For $400.
They say low to sub 10 seconds with 500 hp and a 4L80e and the v8 ones will out autocross the rotary powered ones.
The pig is still getting a stock LQ4, but with fresh everything and aluminum heads. The SWB is getting a fresh 6.2L with a bump in compression and aluminum heads. The RX7 is getting a 388 cid with a big cam and ported aluminum heads and other stuff. Possibly a 427 if I decide it needs a stroker crank.
I got so excited I messed up my spanking wrist and needed surgery on Thursday. But they had the technology. They made it stronger, faster, better.
Sexy!
Will this one keep the 40 company in the back of the barn?
