I started on the front fender chop today. I'm going to make a template for the fenders off of the truck and use the nibbler in the garage so I have a nice, clean cut.
Looking at that first photo knowing that there'll be a labs bumper up there in the next week or two makes me grin. No more plowing snow and boulders for me. :)

Nice, it's coming along quite well. If you decide to ditch the e-locker rear, let me know...might be interested depending on what you're asking for it.

Knocked out a skid for the transfer case and transmission. It's still in need of some drain holes, but otherwise is finished.
3/8 plate with 1/4, 2x4 rectangle tube with some gussets. I ran triple passes on both sides of where the plate attaches to the tube so it should hold pretty well. : )

I had time today to weld all the holes on the fenders and finish the cut and tuck of the rear fender wells. Hopefully my bumpers from the 4x4Labs group buy will arrive soon so I can get them welded up and installed. The only things I'll have left is to cut some holes in the hood to install vents and monstaline the fenders. I'm still up in the air as to whether I should go with white, or dark gray for the liner.
