Local guy had this for sale for $200 i offered $150. As i was throwing it on the truck he said dont forget those parts there. I asked which parts he said the 2 pail full. Turns out the deal was for the winch and all the extra parts. All kinds of goodies some new in the warn bags still! Looks rough but it works i hooked it up and it spools great in and out no issues.

Here is the issue! Its a 12v i want to use it on a 24v bj42. Whats all involved in the swap over?

I plan to pull it all apart and rebuild anything worn. Whats a good idea on basics to buy for a rebuild? like seals etc.

Hopefully it has the end plate for mounting the other end...

I found one last year as well locally for $200, but sold it and the bumper it came with a couple of months later for some good coin. You'll need to change out the motor for a 24V version. Someone in our club tried using the 12V motor on his 24V system and fried the motor. I can't remember if he also swapped out the solenoid pack, but I can find out more next week at our club meeting.
