I installed a High Lift Jack Mount (4XRAC) on my tailgate. It takes up minimal room, its easy to get to and best of all nobody can steal it. It was a real PITA to put the nuts on the end of the bolts because theres not a lot of room on the inside of the tailgate:bang: but that was the hardest part. Took about 1h45m because im ....

No offense, but didn't you just ruin your ability to use the tailgate? Cant sit, hard to load anything heaving in......Just my opinion I guess.
    Good job though..

I am with Mor4wd on this. Our trucks have the most unique split tailgate. I have sit on it watching sunset on the beach, having lunch in the rain on a trail...

Yeah that would be a weird place for me. I do a lot of snowboarding and I would hate to lose my bench.
