Could I just confirm; you said the wheelbase wasn't shortened? Do you mean to say that a troopy will slip straight onto an 80 chassis without modifying the chassis? (apart from body mounts)

Epic build BTW.

The wheelbase of a troopy is 117" same as the ute. An 80 series is 112". I can be done as it's a matter of trimming the rear guard forward a bit but bugger all.
