$2000 6bt nv4500 np205 t/case all accessories and wiring harness. Probably another $1500 to $2000 depending on how much machining needs done. Doing all the work myself.

so for all of you that have experience with the 4bt and 6bt what are your feelings on how they compare? i know the 4bt shakes and rattles, but is the weight of the 6bt noticeable or a hindrance? with the length of the 6bt are you stuck with running electric fans or will the mech fan fit? i'm about to pull the trigger on a cummins swap, just hashing out the pros and cons of the 4 vs 6.
The Cummins and 5.29 gears may not work to well.View attachment 1021844View attachment 1021863.
1fzfe a singing like a sowing machine. It should be interesting when I add 1500 lbs. Thats 80 mph by the way not 90 mph. 5.29 gears.
look like your front shaft have the wrong angle according to the picture - you need double yolk (CV) or it will kill the transfer case.
$3000 is a smoking deal for a running 6BT and NV4500.
The 5.29 will come out I still have my 4.10The Cummins and 5.29 gears may not work to well.

well on the picture it is wrong angle . I can tell by looking at U-join pitch . from front axle cardan goes state by looking at a u-join and to transfer case pitch is probably 30 degrees . http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/attachment.php?attachmentid=901636&stc=1&d=1333383237Nope.
