More Toyotafest: Claire and her husband raced to get their Soarer finished being painted the day before they left. It was like one of those resoration shows where there is a major time crunch deadline (Did I just describe 90% of the car shows on tv?).

They parked next to another Soarer owned by two Japanese gentleman. They both actually got a lot of press from Japan, where this car is a very nostalgic and desirable car. Also, regardless of age, these sorts of imported vehicles are now quite illegal in California, and so there was much interest over them owning this car from the CA crowd.

A Scion FRS built with a super clean LS V8 swap. from the outside and interior everything looks and works like stock. A super clean swap - the only mod on the outside are larger whels and tires. I can imagine keeping them from spinning might be a challenge
