With a snorkel, maybe, but not likely unless other steps to waterproof are taken. Distributors are sealed from the factory, as is the wiring harness, but it is not likely that a stock truck with a snorkel would survive that much water.

s***, I've seen 1fz powered 80s that stall from hitting a not-that-deep deep puddle too quickly, let alone taking the poor truck for a swim.

With a diesel? Success is more likely, but not a guarantee.
