You jest but the first thing I checked when I took it off...![]()
Mine were off by about 1/16", just put some white lithium grease on and it rocked right in place.About to install the new parallel flow condenser when I noticed the rubber locating mounts were off by about 3/8”. @Dissent did you notice this as well? What do you do to fit?

When installing the 1FZ valve cover gasket you don’t use RTV or FIPG. It just goes on dry. The problem with this is the gasket likes to droop and escape from its channel while you are trying to put it on. Yes there are time little tabs that help, kinda, but I’m a fan of instead using a little dabs of Syl-Glide grease inside the channels first because it’ll hold the gasket in place.

Ill look out for this thanks for that detail. I just bought one to swap in. I also think I may have found a compatible replacement blower motor that pushes more air but hasn't shown up yet-just ordered it a day or two ago.About to install the new parallel flow condenser when I noticed the rubber locating mounts were off by about 3/8”. @Dissent did you notice this as well? Impressive but I bet my new OEM coolant tank and windshield reservoir costs more than that setup.I just had to do it. The Ron Davis Radiator is officially going into the truck. It just needed just a little extra.
Aluminum radiator, mounting hardware zinc plated, new mounting rubber, new trans adapter fittings, new push lock fittings to use with Continental hose, petcock anodized and laser etched, new OEM rad cap.

I have a 55-gallon drum of it by the bed. It has a foot pump and spigot.
You know, after all these years I thought you would of replaced the foot pump with a heavy duty, industrial grade , high volume electric pump with motion sensor by now......that is laser etched, zinc plated, anodized, color matches, blah, blah, blah......

That part comes later...Is it monogrammed: "wits end juice"?
