The first two options of strain relief were abysmal. I instead ordered up the red pull handle and drill two small holes to run a zip tie thru. Problem solved. These can finally start shipping out today now that I am happy with it!

Ordered the Edgestar and a few more goodies...thanks for making that version!

Now go get back to work....;)

I owe you the strain relief. I'll drop in the mail on Monday. It's crazy simple to attach but completes the solution.

Does the strain relief work on larger Anderson connectors? I have 175s..

This is specific to the SB50s. the SB175s need the one specific to them. There are also other solutions for the 175 that may work better than the zip-tie through the handle. I can check.

okdk - thanks @NLXTACY ! I can probably just pick one up and figure it out, you've done such a good job solving all the little glitches on these products I went right to you. Thanks and keep it up.

Something I wanted to make sure people could see for those looking to use the flush mount version. Now you can make it flat mount but doing a few cuts but you could also make it truly flush mount by also trimming the material a little. Obviously you can't make metal flush mount (maybe thick aluminum) but would work really nicely on wood.

To make it flat mount:

To make it flush mount do this in ADDITION to the one above:

Evidently I didn't order enough of the coil wire. Ran out with two more left to build Ugh. More coming in by Friday. Sorry about the delay.

Incredibly well thought out design Joey. The whole wiring kit you made for my Edgestar fridge is perfect. Straight forward and simple. And yes, I undid it and flipped it so it isn't installed upside down anymore.

I'm going to be posting this same thing in a few of my threads but only be cause they are related so my apologies if you've seen this elsewhere on MUD. Because I am working on OBA turn key systems I have been figuring out what I think would be the most useful. In this case its bulkhead mounting a Quick Disconnect air coupler and the SB50 with environmental housing and cover. Thoughts?

Want the panel mount weatherproof SB50 ASAP! :)

Very nice!

How do you disconnect the air hose if you can't reach the "barrel" of the air chuck?

I want a couple of those, but with Andersons big enough for jumper cables.
