Fixed the saggy seat backs.
There are some good threads on here about this. Here’s what I did. I snagged some 1/8” stretch cord on Amazon for like $7. The seat backs in my 97 have two screws underneath. Then they slide upwards to remove and lift off the U shaped metal holders.
Very gently and with some patience I warmed these studs up until I could carefully pry off the metal O shaped retainer clip. Too hot and it just stretches the plastic stud. A trim remover tool helps.
Once I had the metal clips pulled off, the plastic sides holding the netting were loose and I was able to gentle lift them enough to remove the old stretch cord. My new cords are not an exact match. I tied a simple overhand knot and melted the end. It easily stuffs back into the side pieces. Repeat for the other side.
Install the back and beat anyone who stretches it. Both seats took me about 30 minutes total.
