Your needle can go that high? I wanna see some burn-out videos at the drag strip.

What size tires are you running? What gear ratio in the differentials?

That's hilarious. You're going to start a pissing contest. :flipoff2:
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. (Performed on a closed course and I am a professional. Not really, but I always wanted to say that.) :D

But are y'all getting 17 MPG? :flipoff2:

Hard to enjoy the scenery at 80 mph! If I didn't want to toodle, I'd wouldn't buy an old cruiser.

I did 130 km/h on gps today but the diesel is famous as a fastlane monster...

Why every 60 should have a Toyota engine in it...

To keep it a Toyota. ;)

It would be nice if it did have a Toyota engine but then the 2f is just a knock off of a really really old Chevy engine....

I've maxed mine out to the pin, and kept going on flat ground. There was no way in hell I was taking my hands off the wheel to take a photo at that speed. That's with 33s and stock gearing. Anyone else part of the 100MPH club? :hillbilly:

IMO, one of the only reasons to by a Toyota over a Chevy, is the engine. Any machine shop will tell you, Chevys are good for 200K and Toyotas are good for 350K (near 500k on my last Toyota).

So why would one take the best part of the Toyota and replace it with a sub standard design?
