Im currenly visitng the midwest in the rust belt and I forgot how cold it gets in here as i have list in the west for the past decade. As i was trying to use my washer fluid for the windshield and headlight, i noticed that nothing came out and figured that the washer fluid was frozen. I had my GX460 for about a month now and came to a conclusion that the dealership just refilled the reservoir with water and some sort of detergent not meant for the freezing temperatures. I put the car in the garage and used a heater to thaw out the fluid and also used a fluid pump to pump out most of the fluid and add the correct winter washer fluid. Everything worked fine after but i noticed that the driver side headlight washer was spray half of the fluid straight left instead of the headlight. I then checked the nozzle by puling it out and found that one of the nozzles pieces was missing causing it to misdirect the fluid. I found a part that says that it fits the vehicle but it looks different from the pictures I took from the car. here is the link for the part:

Amazon product ASIN B07TV1DHM1
and here are the pictures for the actual nozzle on my vehicle:

How much more is it to get it from Lexus?
If it's less than $20 clams, I'd just get Lexus.

I actually haven't checked with Lexus because I'm not sure what the part number is or what it's even called. Everywhere on Google says that's the right one but it doesn't look anything like mine. So I'm not sure, what I'm supposed to look for.

Upload the FSM from here: GX 460 Manuals
You will upload a website that will maneuver (look at parts and assemblies) to PDF's that will be downloaded to your computer.
Once you get on it, it's not that hard to use.

I've busted both of mine and just bought replacements from Amazon. They went right in and installed like factory and work fine. You would never know the difference.

We're the ones you installed the same ones I posted the Amazon link? If so, what was the process to install it?

Ya, I believe so. I just threw a binder clip on the washer hose so it didn't leak, pulled it off the sprayer and removed the broken sprayer. The clips that hold the sparyers to the bumper broke on my old ones, so I just pushed the new ones into the bumper and put the painted portion on. I actually had to order new painted portions as well from the dealer (maybe $20 a piece, painted) and swap those out too.

I see, what im confused is that the white part of the washer on the amazon link is something i dont have on mine. when you look at the washer nozzles in one of the amazon product photos, i do see a similar if not the same ones i need but I'm curious as to why mind looks completely different from the ones on amazon and other sites. am i supposed to take that off before installation?

I agree on the headlight getting foggy part. The snow and rain and debris get on much quicker than others realize. These functions are definitely not gimmicks. Also the year of my GX460 is a 2016

Thanks for the part numbers. However, I'm still not sure where the hm white part of the part goes in my car. As you see in my photos of my car, the nozzles where the washer sprays out is exposed as where this one has a white clip like part hiding the nozzles within it

Removal looks like this.. you will be removing and installing from below and behind the bumper cover

this is exactly what i needed. thank you so much. as for the clear white part i mentioned, im guess that since it mounts on the bumper itself, does the nozzle part push up from the white mounting part towards the ouside of the bumper exposing the the sprayer like it does on the photos of my car that i took? i guess another way of saying is, the white part stays behind the bumper and mounts to it while the long black parts comes out and reveals what im seeing in my photos?

That appears to be the case with the white piece being the attachment point fitted to the underside of bumper cover.

TBH.. I haven’t looked at these from the underside in years so just going off FSM data at this point.
