When to perform knuckle rebuild? mileage or year interval

Looks like it's time to do inner axle seals. If only 20k miles your trunion bearings are probably fine and just need repacked.

Update...changed the diff oil (see picture below of old oil & magnetic plug)...also added about 6oz of cv grease in each. Will check everything again next weekend. Thanks everyone for the input.
