There's the chicken on top of some mesquite lump. Waiting for a bit to toss some beef on there since that cooks faster

No insult at all, sorry. It looks great. But, if that was my lunch everyday, I'd be 350 lbs in 6 months.

Spresso, if you have a minute sometime email me the brine/method you use for pork loin. I think I'll get the rotisserie set up this weekend, it's way to hot to cook in the house.

Fitch, (what the kids called it when they were younger, and it stuck). Snapper, with nothing more than garlic butter, salt, and a pinch of cayenne.

Surprisingly good, even the kids love'em. Not your stereotypical boiled nightmare:

they're even better deep-fried...but then again...what isn't?
