Perfect. I did he rear heater delete when Tor dropped my vortec in. These plugs will work much better vs my original plan....duct tape.

A few new items to the list.
New coil. See the difference between the two. Too bad the igniter is discontinued. I would have replaced that as well.

AC dryer in newly painted brackets. Nice.
I have the Toyota tranny/xfer gasket and seal kit. Some of it will be used, but most I am going to donate to ACC for their assistance.
It is not very complete actually--I could add at least 6-8 more parts to this kit. I haven't decided whether I am going to use the paper gaskets with FIPG or just FIPG on reassembly.
Also, some new bushings for the shift lever.
I have the Toyota tranny/xfer gasket and seal kit. Some of it will be used, but most I am going to donate to ACC for their assistance.

Here are all of the new clutch components. At ACC today, I pressed off the old throwout bearing and pressed in a new one on the hub.
New disc (Aisin), new clutch cover (Aisin), new slave cylinder (Aisin), and 6 new bolts to bolt the cover to the disc.

PTO cover and rear cover.... Cleaned, painted, hardware cleaned, and with gaskets awaiting assembly.

I threw the shifter and knob in there just for giggles.... whet's my appetite a bit.
New output studs (8 total, 11mm studs too) and a new 4WD switch. Can't skimp here.

The tranny mount was showing it's age. Notice it is starting to separate from the metal. Not good. New one in hand tomorrow.

Some pics for myself really--just a reminder of how things were taken off the split case. Just in case my photos are erased, I at least have them here for posterity.
Rear retainer and output housing.
Speedo gear, washer, and output shaft and roller bearing.
Thrust washer behind the bearing race on the rear retainer.
Input shaft, bearing and washer behind the 36mm nut (not shown--get a new one, it is staked).
Rear Case removed. 3 long through bolts, 3 sized the same down the DS of the xfer (looking at it from behind if it were attached and hanging), and then a bunch of other bolts that only mate the rear case to the front of the case.

Main gear set with shift fork and lever.
Idler shaft (34mm for my version), spacer and 2 needle roller bearings (large ones at that). Idler shaft also has two orings on either end (will be replaced).

Plug with spring and detent ball on front side of case:
Front output seal and front output shaft--you can also see the oil slinger inside and then the bearing underneath it.
Oil seal for the shift fork (not included in the gasket kit--make sure you replace it though):
Front output shaft and gear (they are one piece). You can also see the front bearing retainer that comes from the inside of the back of the front case:
C-clip for the output bearing.

You can see the pressed in breather and the oil screen. The breather will be replaced.
So at this point, waiting on the following:
1. Bearings from Georg (on the way)
2. Powdercoating of the case assy's and the two companion flanges. Then plugging the one un-used hole as mentioned in Andy's awesome thread.
3. OEM parts inbound from Toyota (2-3 business days still)
Then reassembly can being. I am going to bring my H55F to ACC and do it there since they have nice tools, awesome work space and expertise (thanks Michael).
Then back to the home garage to mate everything together hopefully. Have the clutch alignment tool. Pilot bearing waiting and flywheel machined and waiting. All other components are either here or inbound.
I have some tidying up to do in the engine bay as well.
Things are coming along a bit slower, but then again, I have never rebuilt a split case before so going slow and making sure everything is correct is worth the wait and expense.
