Added some new and some dirty parts to the suspensión and did the body chop courtesy of Metairie finest Mr. Bart. He had a friend with him that was great help. I did what I could and realize that 6 hours under hot sunny conditions does not go well with being overweight... Ssush!

we started to figure out how to change a power seat switch . . . :rolleyes:

I mean, I can mangle 40 suspension stuff all day long and there is a straightforward way to fix it, but every little thing on the 80 turns into a big production :bang:

:hhmm: all 80/450 owners as a rite of passage should B required to change a PHH
on there rig or someone else's before they can claim they know sheet bout there LC & enter the :steer: PHH brotherhood.
fuel filter add gold star 2
oil filter is a :ban: location as well piss poor engineering :bang:

will confess there is one fuel filter that is worse 22RE if U can replace a factory fuel filter in its OEM location without needing medical attention I salute U:cheers:

PHH and fuel filter are a right of passage :)
Did you do the recommended notching of the fuel filter to aid in getting it in place? I did this to mine, and it made it a far easier job.

would like 2 C someone on the trail with the normal tools that U carry change the SOB!

we did the Pin-7 modification today

yeah, the portable A/C didn't work in the garage :rolleyes: by now, I stink :doh:

and, whoever claimed the 80 was more comfortable has never done wiring on them :rolleyes: honestly.

it requires contortionist skillz of the :banana: :banana: :banana: kind :hillbilly: exactly the same back pain pressure points are activated when trying to get into the driver side foot well on the 80 :rolleyes: - not like I don't know that already from the 40 :doh:

I have come to the conclusion that Mr. T never wrenched on any of his vehicles :censor:
