im not a big fan of exhaust mods on anything but a V8. aftermarket mufflers make FJs sound like go-carts IMO.

Got in 1.25" Spidertrax today. If weather OK on Sunday, I'll jack up the FJ and put them on. Good Lord, I actually think I can do this myself.

Yeah, you guys feel free to come over on Sunday and do whatever you need. I also need to start going through my stuff to get ready for next weekend. Will, you should bring over more of your stuff. I would love to instal my link armor but I don't think I can do it at my house. It will have to take place elsewhere. My house is a great spot to wrench on other people's trucks, not my own. Unless we can get Lee to come over and we can put the OSAs on his truck at the same time. That way my wife will think we are just swapping something from my truck to his.

I had dual 40 series on my Ford. between that and the 40" swampers it was enough noise to last me a lifetime. I already struggle with the wind noise from my rack, so no loud exhaust for me. I agree with Jason also, loud exhaust sounds kind of funny on a 6 cylinder. Hell it sounded kind of funny on my v10.
